No pouch or other parts, this is the bare casting. Will certainly function as a budget 1-1/4" elbow, albeit with a large cavernous body. No gasket. Mounts via 4 screw holes. This actually has a lower profile than our 1-1/4" flanged brass 90 degree elbow and costs less.
