Hello and welcome to my listing Here we have a 4 lug 10" hoop unfortunately from i don't know what make and model of kit. Has the holes on the sides for snare wire ribbons to go through! Never really seen these apart from on the junior kits. They are in on condition. Wear and tear plus weathering and a few pits here and there.
