NERD alert ! due to major worldwide demand etc guitar production was transfered to Yamaha's Kaohsiung factory Taiwan mid '71-late '72. The guitar does have a marks,scratches,plays great,and has lovely lows,mids sweet tone.The tuners are open back Yamaha's and origional,and these also still work great.
