Tested with other, non-ultimate alesis modules and it worked out of the box, the only thing is that an extension cable fo hi hat cymbal may be needed. Hi Hat stand NOT included! It feels closer to an acoustic hi-hat, making complex grooves and subtle dynamics easier to execute.
