Alesis Percpad. Four pad drum percussion module. Built in sounds however with its midi output I used it as an effective and easy way to add more pads to my electronic drum kit. Cosmetically it is in good condition, there are a couple of marks on two of the pads where I had sticky labels attached and the usual marks from being played. Comes with the power adapter and in its original box.
