Antique Josef Hlaváček Heligonka button accordion. I do not know how to play this but it appears to be in working condition (see video) The bellow seems to be in good condition. I do not see any holes or cracks in it. 6 of the 10 buttons stick (see last pic) The bottom section of wood (base cover?) is split in half but present in need of gluing / repair see photo please see video / photos and zoom in if needed to see condition.
