Antique / Vintage Cornet - ??? Bohland & Fuchs - Silver Plated

Mouthpiece stuck in small extension included, small extension not stuck into main cornet tubing. To my ears plays good and easy to play in it's current condition, but I think it still needs a good internal cleaning and detailed external polishing.
