It has a nice tone but needs better strings (though the D and A which are gut sound particularly good). There is no label inside though it looks as if one has been removed (there are traces of paper visible through the bass 'f' hold).
This product would be a great fit for musicians looking for a top-quality, full-sized, antique 4/4 violin at a reasonable price.
