This is effectively like playing a guitar with a capo at the 5th fret. It’s a step-up from Yamaha GL-1 which is probably the most popular guitalele out there. If I had proper luthier skills, I’d build one myself: a 3/4 scale classical wide neck glued on a guitalele or maybe even ukulele body.
