This 'large' BG Thumb Rest Cushion (A23) is slightly wider and thinner than the standard version (A21). The cushion opening is 1.5cm wide. Reduces pressure on the right-hand thumb. Has a cut out space to accommodate adjusting screws, and sling hooks.
