The BG Saxophone Harness is a sturdy strap designed for comfort as an alternative to a neck strap. This is a men’s strap, I believe the ladies is a different design to fit their physique. I wear a size large or XL top and it fits me fine with room to adjust in or out. I don’t know exact size as seen in shops as a friend gave it to sell on their behalf. Happy to do returning it doesn’t fit!
