This Bigsby Compensated Saddle is for their Archtop Guitar Bridge that is usually used on Gretsch solid and hollow body guitars. The saddle has starter notches in the top (these shallow string slots need to be filed out to match your desired string gauge) and for more accurate intonation the saddle is shaped with a compensation pattern for a plain G string.
