This is probably from a British or German marching drum or Prussian-style concert drum. 1/4-20 threads, non-plated. Shells |Lugs |Rods & Claws |Mounts |Strainers & Butt Plates. Condition as shown, the housing plate was riveted onto the drum and the rivets were cut to remove it.
