This is a Bruno Tilz WH B2. Designed with the world famous tuba player Walter Hilgers for use on large Tubas. It has a 33mm cup and a 8.9mm bore so really good for those low loud passages. This one is silver plated (I know it looks gold in the photos). There is a few little marks and a black line on the rim, but nothing noticeable whilst playing.
