All these parts are from a 1940s or 50s Buescher “Elk Hart” 57C cornet s/n 62106. This series doesn’t follow with Buescher serial number lists available on the net. This is the model with the engraving of an elk on the bell. These parts look perfectly fine except for the small #2 valve tuning slide which has dings and is missing the grip ball that was soldered to the side. This part is usable as-is however, or take the dings out and replace the grip ball. The rest of the parts look to be in decent, serviceable condition. The lacquered brass areas show some surface wear and tarnish in spots. There are two water keys, one still attached to the 3rd tuning slide, and the set screw for the music lyre. $8.00 Ground Advantage shipping in the 48 States.
