Bought recently on eBay to play drone notes while playing guitar. Only selling as I also have a PT-30. Worked well for me, running off of battery power (I think you switch a setting to use an adapter). There can be crackling when you move some of the sliders, but it seems that’s normal. I used the tuning wheel on the base and can confirm it works as well. There’s a small chip in one corner that the previous seller missed. I put a bit of electrical tape over it, but it’s minor in itself. Comes with a fabric case, and you can find the manual online.
