Circa 1960s Instrument Vintage Chromatic Pixiphone Glockenspiel with raiser bar

Need some rubber repair under bars and around posts. Raiser bar to stop note does work. Keys are discolored. Not sure if its in tune (sorry Im tone deaf). Does have dust and dirt in the area under keys. No mallets. Does have some raised nails.
