Conn trombones are a bit tricky to date, so I will just say that the serial number appears to be F273 XXX and let you do your own research. A small dent remains in the tubing after the rotary valve which the tech said was not worth getting out, but I feel like you could run a Roth tool through the valve and get it ou t if you really wanted to.
