'Den-den daiko' decorated Japanese hand held pellet drum with ropes & beads

Den-den daiko (でんでん太鼓) is a Japanese hand-held pellet drum. 7cm length of red ropes & beads at end to make the noise on the drum part. By rotating the drum between your palms you can create a double beat with the swinging beaters striking the drum skins.
