Double Bass Drum Pedal Connecting Rod Universal Joints and threads are all good.

Shaft is in very good condition and possibly might never have been used but I don’t know so listing as used. The joints, hex screws and square headed bolts are all in good condition. Would make an ideal spare to carry in your hardware case.
