Original Eko Ranger Acoustic truss rod cover, Taken from a Ranger VI made in Italy. Would suit 6/12 string models. Has 'Product of Eko, Made in Italy' script on the lower edge. Used, slight signs of use and age, comes with original mounting screws. Please see pics for more detail.
