Squier Strats that have been made in China with 8 hole pickguards normally have 3mm switch screws and 3mm pick-up screws - but there are exceptions. Squier Strats that have been made in Indonesia with 11 hole pickguards normally have 3.3mm switch screws and 3.3mm pick-up screws - but again there are exceptions.
