Selling at a lower price as cannot get the action to my preferred 0.090 at 12th fret without significant buzz past the 10th fret which suggests high fret/rising tongue. Likely needs some fret work. Truss rod works great. some untidy looking holes where the string retainer goes but once one is installed, they are covered up.
