this item is in great working condition with no harsh marks or damage. this item has a few scratches to the back and side of the guitar but nothing that will affect the playing of then guitar. this item is electro-acoustic and has been fully tested in store. this item doesn't include a bag or case but will be wrapped securely when out for delivery
