The cheap Chinese arms set too high away from the tremolo and the angle is wrong. (See pics). Note on installation: To properly install a new socket barrel, use a small C clamp along with the socket and barrell(without the screw) to seat the barrell onto the tremolo base plate, and then tighten with the screw and washer.don't use the screw to seat the socket and barrel because you might strip the threads.
