A Dave Friedman and Grover Jackson produced beauty, heavily reliced from the factory so with a super played in feel; there is significant lacquer checking which may not show up in the photos but which looks great close up. These are American built instruments with real vibe and character and easily rival other, larger brands… The neck profile is slightly chunky (21.3mm at 1st to 24.4mm at 12th) but not baseball bat variety; Friedman calls it a Vintage Taper. It sports a 10-14” compound radius and a worn nitrocellulose feel on the back. Pickups are Friedman Classics and are hand wound by Friedman.
