Selling this lovely example of a 1926/7 Gibson UB2 Deluxe (or ‘Baby’ UB3 model). This is the rarer ‘Fleur-de-Lis’ variant, with a pearl inlayed headstock and bound fretboard. Beautiful original tobacco sunburst finish on the neck, pot and flat resonator. This instrument is in fantastic condition for its age, with its original finish and hardware (in great nickel plating). I had this uke set up by the late, great Eddie Uttley, who fitted a new nut and corrected the playing action. The instrument also comes with a custom fitted Cartwright case, perfect for the uke. I do have the original case, however it isn’t in the best condition and is held together with tape. I can also include this.
