Gibson stop bar tailpiece. It is chrome but it's aged all natural. During the Norlin era of Gibson zinc was introduced around the mid 1970s. Unknown year as impossible to date. Has been in a parts box for 25 plus years. I'd say in over 40 years old. They are not lightweight like the aluminium.
