The humbuckers have a bold and powerful output with solid lows, driving mids and articulate highs. The single coil in the middle position provides great contrast to the humbuckers, with glassy and clear tones available in positions 2, 3 and 4, with positions 2 and 4 splitting the coils of the humbuckers for traditional out-of-phase single coil sounds.
