This is a brand new Howard low D whistle, hand made in Sheffield with a brass tube for a full, warm tone and balanced M3 head which can be easily moved for fine tuning adjustments. These whistles sound superb and need very little breath. This is clearance stock from my old music shop so is brand new and has never been played.
