It's much smaller than a standard guitar, about the size of a tenor ukulele, but it hassix strings and is played like a guitar. This a great tool for the studio and thats what I have been using it for, you could capo an acoustic guitar at the fourth fret but this gives such a different tone and does not fight the mix when you layer it over a standard acoustic.
