Klingenthaler "Scholer"-type East German concertina, 21 button, triple reed?

On the face of it, it's yer bog-standard Stasi-approved 21-button anglo model. I'm also including the original box, now rather tatty, and a sales receipt from 1988 showing it changing hands for nearly 80 quid.
