Great tuner up for grabs. Studio use only. The rack ears show signs of wear and are included- these work when fitted with screws and plastic washers in a rack, but I used this as a standalone desk tuner. The tuner works great. The power on switch sometimes takes a few pushes, but other than that works like new and does the job really well.
