Believed to be a 'lawsuit era' 000-45 12 fret, this guitar was part of a 'significant collection' of guitars from the 70s and 80s that was sold as part of the estate of a (deceased) collector. It is in perfect condition, has a straight neck and low action that I had seen to by a professional luthier when I bought it.
