This is an original 1958 Leedy "Slingerleedy" early Shelly Manne Professional Sparkling Gold Snare. 14 x 6 inches with Chrome Over Brass (COB) Slingerland stick saver hoops, maple/popular/mahogany shell, and a Slingerland three-point strainer. Professional-standard eight lugs for more precise and stable tuning. It has a rich, articulate vintage sound that is hard to duplicate. Preowned with a few light scratches but otherwise in excellent condition as shown in photos. Stand not included. Carefully packed and ships quickly with insurance.
