Up for sale is my luthier made mandolin by P.S. Royle of Manchester. Constructed in 2003, this instrument is in good overall shape with some pick wear to the top, and a couple of dinks on the head and one on the side of the fingerboard. ( see photo's ) It's made from; a Spruce top, a Mahogany back and neck, a Rosewood fingerboard and head overlay, an Ebony floating bridge, and a bone nut and saddle. The action on this mandolin is very good and it is easy to play. It has a clear ringing tone with good sustain, and intonation is also good. It comes in a solid hard case. Much better sounding than the generic mass produced far eastern instruments that flood the market today, here is an opportunity to own a well crafted musical instrument for a reasonable price.
