This came with some other things I purchased and no good to me I also know nothing about them apart from what I looked up. It does look like there should be some sort of weight on the pendulum which I guess is missing. I have wound it up and it works. Standing approximately 9 inches high 23cm 4 1/2 12cm square at base. I will only send by Royal Mail otherwise I have to travel 10 miles each way to post.
