1919-20 martin c melody sax. I suspect hardly played in all those years. The pads look original (white leather and softer construction) but are in amazing shape for their age. There is an original lyre (or looks contemporary anyway). The original mouthpiece and ligature is included. See the video of me playing some Frankie Tumbaur on it.
