This is a contemporary, heirloom quality, hardwood bagpipe case. Example in the pictures is made in AAA+ Cherry hardwood, which has a great weight-to-strength ratio. Case is designed with 8-9mm panel walls with reinforced section for handle to keep weight to a minimum whilst retaining strength.
