In very good working condition. Clamp to any cymbal stand, tom tube arm or boom cymbal arm. Can be used for cowbells, blocks, drum tambourine or even a non pearl tom which needs a round L arm. Two diameters to suit for the item to mount. One end 10mm other end 13mm. Can just be swopped around to your requirement. I have another of these that i use to mount my Tama Mini. 8” & 10” Tymp's on.
