The chrome hoop sets are from Pearl and are gleaming chrome with no rust or signs of any issues at all. I will Also include remo skins well used for batter heads both 12” and 13” but plenty of life and the bottom stock Pearl resonant heads. This will save you a fortune and the chrome is gleaming .
