In fair condition with original Premier logo resonant head. Unfortunately some one has swapped out the original premier Tom Mount for a Pearl twin Tom Mount. Batter head is in good condition, both original spurs are present. Countertops are all intact with a few chips. I have cleaned this up a bit to sell it but I am sure you could do further work to improve it even more.
