Premier oval double tom mount with L arms. Fits into the 392-50 tom mount common on many Premier kits in the 70’s and 80’s. It’s a bit scruffy but it works as it should. Both clamps for L arms tighten as they should. Post has multiple marks. There is no rust or pitting.
