2 x mounting screws; 1 x 1/4" REAN Neutrik Jack Socket (supplied). remove mounting screws and then reinsert the new plate; 2. desolder(or cut) your pickup leads from the old switch plate and solder them to the new one (can refer to the wiring diagram).
