This brass instrument is a rare antique Hohner Sax. It has also been called a blow accordion or saxophone harmonica, made in Germany by the brand Hohner about 1902.. it is in fairly good condition but is missing two of the keys and there is a noticeable dent in the bottom as can be seen in the photographs
