This is being Relisted due to a nonpaying buyer. Rare early antique/vintage curved soprano saxophone in very good condition. Silver plated. Unbranded, no markings at all that I can see. It has one small ‘ding’ - to the front of the bow, below the bell, nothing serious - see the photos. I’d estimate the age of this horn (based on the keywork) to be around c1900-1915 or so. Nevertheless it does have an automatic octave key mechanism like a modern saxophone. Mechanically it’s in good condition - all of the keys move freely and it has its springs and fair-looking vintage pads. It will need restoration to get it playing well. It’s potentially a fantastic project horn, or a very interesting collectors horn.
