Rare Antoria Jamboree Vintage Guitar Needs Some TLC

This is a 1973 (pretty sure that's the right year) Antoria Jamboree. The action is very high and setting it up is beyond my skill level. I am confident a decent luthier or anyone that knows what they are doing could get to its original condition.
