16 by 13! never seen a premier double headed rack tom in this size for sale actually! May have formally been a marching tenor drum. Records well, sounds phenomenal, very loud! Has a few cosmetic issues that don’t effect the sound (rust, marks on drum, stains, scratches) which I think suits it’s mean sound! Looks to have been repainted black at some point (including the hoops and lugs). The premier Lokfast mount is a later addition, is slightly wonky but works perfectly. There appears to be one washer missing from the inside of the drum, again no issues for me! Open to offers :)
