it does not have the music sheet holder shelf . no stand either . comes with an DC power adapter. there are stickers on the keys and some pen on some of the black keys. it is in full working order. there is a little bit of plastic or grit rolling around inside the keyboard from somewhere. when you tilt it on one side to another you can hear it roll . must be tiny though and has no effect on the performance. great for someone learning . it is a good entry level . it has a few sounds and rhythms . it is multi key piano , so you can play multiple notes at ones . the keys are single volume . not touch sensitive like some expensive ones. you can also connect headphones to it .
