Fits headbands that are up to 5cm in width (eg. Sony MDR 7506 - pictured)Slides on to rack. Fits tightly so it doesn't rotate around when placing headphones on them. Used mine for a good 6 months now and no issues but if you ever run into problems with it, I can send you a free replacement with (reasonable) edits if needed, should you pay for postage.
